Mozzarella Sausage Balls

Ingredients

1 lb. hot breakfast sausage
16 oz. Sorrento® Mozzarella Cheese, diced in small pieces
1 egg, beaten
1 cup biscuit mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix well until blended. Form into 1" balls and place on cookie sheet that has been sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-18 minutes until deep golden brown and cooked through. Makes approximately 4 dozen.
